New Provider Announcement: Meaghan Pugh, NP to Join Pinwheel Pediatrics

Nurse Practitioner Meaghan Pugh is originally from Oakland, CA.
She attended Oberlin College in Ohio, where she studied neuroscience and played varsity volleyball. After four real winters, she decided it was time to return to California. Working for two years as tutor for preschool aged children with autism she discovered a passion for child health and development. She trained to be a pediatric nurse practitioner at UCSF School of Nursing, where she also pursued her scientific interests as a research assistant studying the genetics of autism.  Since graduating, she has been working and teaching as a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Bay Area, and recently got married at the family homestead in California.
We are very excited to have Meaghan as part of our team starting February 3rd, 2014.
